1. Who these terms are with

These terms form an agreement between you and [COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME], [COMPANY_ADDRESS] ("we", "us"), the provider of the PinWasp browser extension and this website. By installing or using PinWasp you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install or use it.

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Its own terms apply to the payment transaction in addition to these terms.

2. What PinWasp is

PinWasp is a Chrome extension that displays publicly available engagement metrics for Pinterest pins, filters your feed, lets you download original media you are entitled to use, and stores the pins you collect locally so you can sort, filter and export them.

PinWasp is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or certified by Pinterest, Inc. "Pinterest" is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe compatibility.

3. Free trial

New installations receive a 14-day trial with every feature unlocked. No payment details and no account are required to start it. When the trial ends, paid features stop until you activate a licence; your locally stored pins remain on your device.

The trial is offered once per user and device. We use the pseudonymous trial-protection measures described in the Privacy Policy to prevent repeated trials, and we may decline a trial where we reasonably detect circumvention.

4. Licence and devices

A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use PinWasp for your own purposes (including internal business use), on up to three activated devices per licence key.

• Monthly and Annual licences remain valid while the subscription is paid and active.
• Lifetime means a one-off payment for continued use of PinWasp with the updates we release, for as long as we operate the product. It is not a guarantee that the product, Chrome, or Pinterest will exist or remain compatible indefinitely.
• You may deactivate a device in the extension's settings to free an activation slot.

You must not share, resell, sublicense or publish your licence key. We may deactivate keys that are shared publicly or used beyond the device limit.

We retain all intellectual-property rights in PinWasp. You may not copy, decompile or create derivative works from it except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits.

5. Prices, billing and renewal

• Prices are shown in US dollars and, unless stated otherwise, exclude sales tax or VAT. Any applicable tax is calculated and shown by Lemon Squeezy at checkout, based on your location.
• Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically at the then-current price for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Lifetime is charged once and does not renew.
• We may change prices for future purchases and renewals. We will give reasonable notice before a renewal at a higher price, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PinWasp to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• place unreasonable automated load on Pinterest or on our licence service, or attempt to bypass their rate limits or protections;
• redistribute downloaded media, or use collected data, in a way you are not entitled to;
• circumvent the licence, trial or device limits, or interfere with the security of the product.

PinWasp shows only data that Pinterest already makes available to your browser as a signed-in or public visitor. It does not access private boards or other users' accounts.

7. Pinterest and third-party content

Your use of Pinterest remains governed by Pinterest's own terms of service. You are responsible for ensuring that the way you collect, store, export and reuse Pinterest data and media complies with those terms, with applicable copyright law and with any obligations you owe your own clients.

Pinterest may change its website or interfaces at any time, which can temporarily or permanently affect PinWasp's features. That is outside our control and does not by itself entitle you to a refund beyond what the Refund Policy and applicable law provide.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the licence service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may add, change or remove features to keep the product working — for example when Pinterest or Chrome changes. If a change materially reduces the functionality you paid for, contact us and we will look for a fair solution, including a pro-rata refund where appropriate.

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here with an updated date and, for material changes affecting an active subscription, give reasonable notice before they apply.

9. Warranties

PinWasp is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the metrics shown are complete, accurate or suitable for a particular decision — they are derived from what Pinterest publishes and may change or be unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. In the EEA, the UK and other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer-protection rules, those rules apply regardless of this section.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability arising from or in connection with PinWasp is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Termination

You may stop using PinWasp at any time by uninstalling it, and cancel a subscription as described above. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these terms — in particular by sharing keys or circumventing limits — and, where the breach is capable of being cured, after asking you to fix it.

On termination your licence ends; pins already stored in your browser stay there until you delete them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING_LAW_COUNTRY], without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and disputes are subject to the courts of [GOVERNING_LAW_COUNTRY] unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
