Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
You never have to pay to evaluate PinWasp. Every feature is unlocked for 14 days without a payment method, so you can confirm it works for your workflow before spending anything.
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so refunds are issued through them. Before launch, replace [SUPPORT_EMAIL] with a real address and have this page reviewed by a qualified lawyer.
1. Try before you pay
The 14-day trial unlocks the complete product: overlay metrics, feed filters, the Pin Stats table, exports, downloads, dark mode and the slider. No account and no card details are required. We recommend using it to verify that PinWasp does what you need on the Pinterest pages you actually work with.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU / UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once supply has begun, provided you gave your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. That consent is requested at checkout.
Applied to PinWasp:
- If you have not yet activated your licence key, supply has not effectively begun for you. Contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will cancel and refund in full.
- If you have already activated the key, the statutory withdrawal right no longer applies — but the fault-based rights in section 3 and your other statutory rights still do.
To withdraw, send a clear statement to [SUPPORT_EMAIL] with your order number. You may use a model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. We refund using the original payment method within 14 days of accepting the withdrawal, at no cost to you.
Consumers elsewhere may have comparable rights under local law; we apply whichever rules are more favourable to you.
3. Refunds when something is broken
Regardless of the withdrawal rules, we will refund a recent purchase if PinWasp does not work as described and we cannot fix it for you in reasonable time. Typical cases:
- the licence key cannot be activated and support cannot resolve it;
- a feature described on this website is broken for you and no workaround exists;
- you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling.
Please write to us first — most issues are configuration problems we can solve in one reply, and a Pinterest-side change usually gets a fix in the next release.
We generally do not refund because a subscription period went unused, because you forgot to cancel a renewal you were notified about, or because you changed your mind after using the product for months. Where we decline, we will explain why and tell you how to escalate.
4. Cancelling a subscription
Monthly and Annual licences renew automatically until cancelled. Use the customer portal link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or ask us and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for; it is not a refund of the current period.
Lifetime licences are one-off payments and never renew.
5. How to request a refund
- Email [SUPPORT_EMAIL] from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
- Include your order number and, if relevant, whether you activated the licence key and what went wrong.
- We reply within [SUPPORT_RESPONSE_TIME]. If a refund is due, Lemon Squeezy issues it to your original payment method; banks typically post it within 5–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — a chargeback costs both sides fees and takes far longer than an email. Licences associated with an unresolved chargeback may be deactivated until the dispute is settled.
